SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will be shipped "As Ready" but must allow Pandoras Wet Box a minimum of 30 days between the
requested "Start Ship" and "Complete Ship" date, regardless of date of receipt of order. Pandoras Wet Box
Lingerie will ship any style, color or size of item ordered "As Ready", unless you specify otherwise.
A refused or returned shipment will put your order on hold until resolved. Unauthorized returns or refused
shipments are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. These charges will be detucted from your account.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations will be accepted only if the notification of cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to the
Start-Shipment date, and if the order calls for standard, current styles and colors. Cancellations are not acceptable
if the order has been shipped.

RETURNS AND ALLOWANCES

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, regardless of the reason for the return, and can be subject
to a 15% handling and restocking charge at Pandoras Wet Box discretion. Authorization for returns may be requested
through your Pandoras Wet Box sales representative or by contacting the company at our Valley Village office.
If authorized, a return label and packing slip will be supplied, and must accompany your return shipment.
Merchandise returned without the authorized Pandoras Wet Box shipping label will be refused and returned at the senders
expense. Only current merchandise in saleable condition will be accepted for return.PANDORAS WET BOX
will accept returns of defective merchandise or errors in shipping by Pandoras Wet box. All valid claims of Pandoras
Wet box shipping errors or defects in merchandise will be handled and corrected promptly, to your complete satisfaction.
The Pandoras Wet Boxshipping label and packing slip for return is still needed, however, to accept your return properly,
be sure to give complete details on all claims or requests for returns listing the merchandise exactly, the specific
reason for return, and the corresponding invoice number and date. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
